Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
- Follow company scripts and policies to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Handle customer payments, refunds, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, representing the company's values and brand.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual language skills a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive and friendly demeanor, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
