Call Center Agent – Arabic & English Speaker

Job Overview

Attraxia Polyclinic is looking for a skilled Call Center Agent who can effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, handle patient inquiries, and convert leads into appointments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and preferably have experience in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer patient calls regarding clinic services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  2. Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
  3. Provide accurate information about medical procedures and treatments.
  4. Handle inquiries from potential patients and guide them through the booking process.
  5. Convert leads into scheduled appointments by providing compelling service explanations.
  6. Follow up with patients to maintain engagement and retention.
  7. Track call volume, appointment bookings, and lead conversion rates.
  8. Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and inquiries.
  9. Work towards meeting assigned targets and performance goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  2. Experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
  3. Background in the medical field is a plus.
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  6. Proficiency in computer systems, CRM tools, and scheduling software.
