Job Responsibilities

1. Create intricate 3D models of jewelry pieces using advanced CAD software, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into tangible designs that reflect their style.
3. Stay updated on jewelry trends and techniques to incorporate innovative elements into designs that captivate the market.
4. Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring all designs can be manufactured accurately.
5. Conduct regular quality checks during the design process to maintain high standards and resolve any issues promptly.
6. Work alongside gemstone suppliers to integrate stones into designs, ensuring optimal placement and aesthetic appeal.
7. Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and enhancements to existing collections.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining effective communication with team members.
9. Utilize rendering software to create lifelike presentations of designs for client approvals and marketing purposes.
10. Document and archive design processes and revisions for future reference and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in CAD jewelry design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, or 3D Studio Max, with the ability to create complex designs.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of jewelry designs and technical drawings that highlight creativity and skill.
5. Familiarity with gemstone properties and jewelry manufacturing processes, ensuring designs are feasible and marketable.
6. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus for effective communication with local clients.
7. Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship, ensuring every piece is of the highest quality.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
9. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
