CAD ID Fit Out Draftsman

As a draughtsman, you will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings and as-builts, including drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details. You will prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator.

Additionally, you will coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC drawings and other trades, manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines, and manage and file drawings. You will also prepare detailed cutlist drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.

Coordination and preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings will be conducted as per site conditions, as well as dealing with inquiries and quantity take-off for BOQ preparation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or ITI
