About the role

Collaborate with clients, the specification team, and the sales team to integrate design preferences while ensuring that technical, functional, and aesthetic requirements are met, adjusting based on client feedback as necessary. Work closely with the sales team to manage the design process from initial concept to final drawings and renderings, ensuring all project specifications are delivered on time as agreed.

Create functional and visually appealing designs for custom saunas and related products, developing realistic 3D models and renderings to illustrate the final concept. Produce accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for custom sauna cabins and steam rooms, ensuring precision in layouts and technical connections, then upload them to the system.

Utilize AutoCAD or other 3D software to generate various views (front, side, top) of the product in 2D and a 360-degree view in 3D. Update and revise existing technical and CAD drawings, uploading them to the product master system. Gather necessary information and files from supplier websites for editing and uploading. Reformat supplier installation and instruction manuals as needed to meet company standards.

About you

• Expert CAD (2D and 3D) essential, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3D Max, SolidWorks, or other relevant CAD software
• Experience with custom saunas, steam rooms, and other spa wellness products would be a major advantage.
• Ability to work and contribute within a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy a key requirement
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
• Capability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects without compromising quality
