About the Job

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance with a presentable uniform and high personal hygiene.
• Warmly greet all cabana guests, establishing a friendly rapport to make them feel welcomed.
• Provide courteous, efficient service aligned with Mamsha Beach standards and anticipate guest needs.
• Ensure the cabana and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day.
• Perform all assigned opening and closing procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Work effectively in a multicultural team and assist Senior Management as needed.
• Uphold high service standards, minimize resource waste, and follow department procedures closely.
• Focus on creating memorable guest experiences by exceeding expectations and delivering attentive service.
