C-Level IT Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned C-Level IT Strategy Consultant to join our elite team in developing and transforming a comprehensive IT strategy roadmap for an SI. The selected candidate will provide strategic leadership and expertise in any of the following domains: IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Architecture, Application Strategy & Management, Cybersecurity & Continuity, Data Management & AI, or IT Operating Models.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving IT strategy development at the enterprise level, combining technical proficiency with business acumen.

This is a 16-week, part-time contract with a hybrid work mode in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and shape strategies for the assigned domain in alignment with the business objectives.
• Drive the development of roadmap initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.

Advisory & Expertise:

• Provide thought leadership and advisory support to the executive team on the latest trends and innovations.
• Develop strategic frameworks and operational guidelines to support the transformation of the company's IT ecosystem.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a key liaison between the company's leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment of strategic goals across all stakeholders.

Performance Measurement:

• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the viability and alignment of proposed strategies.
• Monitor and report on progress during the strategy development phase, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT strategy or transformation, with at least 5 years in C-level or equivalent leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in designing IT strategies and roadmaps for large-scale organizations, preferably in the public or private sector.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture
• Cybersecurity & Continuity
• Data Management & AI
• Proven ability to work within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Strong leadership and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with global IT standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, ISO standards).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the GCC region or similar markets.
• Certifications relevant to the domain of expertise (e.g., TOGAF for Enterprise Architecture, CISSP for Cybersecurity, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and its impact on the technology landscape.
• Arabic Language is a plus.
