Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the Mall Kiosk as a point of contact for individuals looking to sell their used cars.
- Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of vehicles brought in for sale.
- Negotiate prices with sellers to ensure fair transactions.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for purchasing used cars.
- Provide excellent customer service to individuals selling their cars.
- Collaborate with other Departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
What you’ll need:
- University/Diploma/College Graduate or Equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in Used Car Buying or Sales.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and handle transactions from start to finish.
- Knowledge of the local automotive market and pricing trends.
- Genuine passion for cars and customer service.
