Our client is one of the best and leading golf clubs in the UAE. They manage the three leading golf clubs in the region: Emirates Golf Club, Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, and Jumeirah Golf Estates.

About the role

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records

Responsibilities

• Initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of commodities
• Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements
• Perform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, Yaslinks Yas Island
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Courses in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing can be beneficial.
• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in the hospitality, sports, or retail sectors. Experience in golf-related products (equipment, apparel, accessories) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the golf industry and understanding of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories will be beneficial.
