Jumeirah Groups newest resort Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will lead a new generation of Groups ultra-luxury portfolio. About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join our Butler Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the department to ensure all service standards are met in line with standard operating procedures, providing delightful and engaging services to all guests.
2. Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team to maximize productivity, departmental revenue, guest satisfaction, and department COS scores.
3. Recognize all repeat and important guests, build rapport, develop personal guest contact, obtain preferences, and proactively anticipate guest needs and requirements.
4. Handle escalations and concerns, resolve them, and notify the proper areas and responsible persons to guarantee a memorable experience for guests.
5. Oversee that Assistant Butler Managers and Team Leaders lead the team efficiently and ensure all Butlers report to their daily assignments on time and are properly groomed and dressed according to Jumeirah grooming standards.
6. Ensure all Butlers have knowledge of in-suite services, dining services, Kids Club, Spa and wellness services, technology, and amenities. Conduct hotel/suite show rounds when requested by top management.
7. Conduct regular inspections of all Butler areas, including occupied and non-occupied rooms, floor receptions, and Butlers pantries, to ensure standards and consistency are maintained at the highest level.
8. Ensure the team adheres to all hotel and company standards, business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures, including Health & Safety policies, Butlers grooming standards, punctuality/attendance procedures, and quality standards.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Luxury Hospitality
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Strong knowledge on Opera System
4. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
