About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Butler to join our esteemed Guest Relations Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

1. Serving as the primary contact for guests, ensuring seamless communication with other departments to fulfill requests and deliver the highest level of service.
2. Always being ready to assist both guests and associates in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, performing duties efficiently with a positive attitude.
3. Extending a warm welcome to all guests and visitors in the lobby and other hotel areas.
4. Identifying and anticipating guests needs, providing assistance in any possible way.
5. Assisting guests with general inquiries about the hotel, its facilities, daily events, and functions. Promoting the hotel's restaurants and facilities.
6. Conducting property tours and room orientations for visitors and guests.
7. Ensuring the correct protocol and treatment are extended to high-profile VIP guests.
8. Maintaining guest privacy by ensuring no guest details are disclosed to unauthorized persons.
9. Consistently providing approachable, helpful, and friendly service to guests and colleagues.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A flexible schedule to meet the demands of hotel occupancy.
4. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of exercising initiative.
5. Fluency in English and Russian; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
