Butler

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet all arriving guests and offer a detailed orientation of their rooms and its facilities.
2. Coordinate with room service all food and beverage items served in rooms and subsequent removal of used items.
3. Coordinate the servicing of guestroom and assist Housekeeping in the cleaning and servicing of all rooms to required standard.
4. Maintain the guests' personal items, clothing, and wardrobes in a clean, neat fashion throughout their stay.
5. Collect, process, check, and deliver all guests' valet requirements; perform simple pressing of guest clothing as necessary.
6. Unpack and pack guests' luggage as required by guests' requests.
7. Ensure the Butler's pantry is kept in a clean, orderly manner at all times.
8. Maintain stock and charge in-suite bars.
9. Assist guests with room and local information; make bookings and reservations as required by guests.
10. Assist as required in the following areas: restaurant, reception, luggage services, back of house, cleaning, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong team player.
• Hotel experience a plus, particularly in guest services department.
• Food and beverage experience a plus.
• Proficient in English language required.
