Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
2. Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
3. Conduct gap analysis to identify functional and technical requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementation or enhancements.
4. Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications, enable performance of system testing, and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
6. Provide a robust training framework and support to end-users during and post-implementation.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA capabilities, advancements and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

About the Team:

You will be reporting to Program Manager.

What equips you for the role:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
3. Strong understanding of business processes and operations, particularly in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing domains.
4. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, including but not limited to Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Reporting.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
8. SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
