About the Role
Join our team and help our top private banking client to revolutionise their data management processes! We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with Data Quality Issue Management and Financial Services experience to lead and support our client in the identification, design, implementation, and embedding of new data issue management practices.
As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will be working in the Data Management team and report into a Lead Business Analyst, responsible for designing the Target Operating Model to specify deliverables and recommend ways of working for the following areas: organizational structure, capability and capacity planning, roles and responsibilities, service and process design, technology and tooling, benefits, measures, and key metrics. You will also work closely with our client’s senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, including Data Governance, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
Your role will involve scoping project areas, managing the unexpected, and ensuring all impacts of change and new ways of working are covered. You will have excellent analysis, change management, communication, and business transformation skills, and you will confidently and diplomatically manage stakeholders while gently coaching and sharing your knowledge.

Deliverables
- Work in a team of Business Analysts to define and achieve client objectives and deliverables.
- Create, define and implement data related guidelines, framework, control standards, handbooks and instructions.
- Successfully create and obtain buy-in and sign off of a new target operating model.
- Generate and deliver education and awareness of Data management across the bank.
- Successfully create a transition plan in readiness for implementation.
- Ability to lead complex discussions/facilitate workshops with project stakeholders.
- Document data requirements aligned to inflight and new projects.
- Lead delivery on data mapping, conversion and migration activities to support inflight projects.
- Coordinate project teams, planning resource and task allocation.
- Manage all aspects of risks and issue management supporting services.
- Report on Data Framework compliance, identifying relevant KPIs and KRI and Assurance.
- Define, implement, operate and report on End User Developed Applications (EUDA) control framework and inventory.
- Track project performance, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
- Ensure team members are provided with support and tools to successfully complete tasks.
- Manage Change Requests within the project, ensuring impact assessments have been undertaken and communicated to stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner.
- Operate the Data Compass processes.
- Lead the design of data quality controls.
- Coordinate testing and transition activities for new data quality controls.
