Business Unit Manage

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Infrastructure Business Unit Manager to lead our Digital Infrastructure Unit. The ideal candidate will be the owner of strategy, GTM, overseeing the development, growth and profitability of Digital Infrastructure BU to drive CNS business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans for the Digital Infrastructure business unit aligned with the overall company objectives.
2. Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
3. Oversee the entire Digital Infrastructure lifecycle, from high level design to deployment.
4. Ensure that Digital Infrastructures meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and address concerns.
6. Build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
7. Develop and manage the budget for the Digital Infrastructures business unit.
8. Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability. Implement cost-saving measures while maximizing revenue opportunities.
9. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
11. Collaborate with other business units, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and priorities. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across the organization.
12. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Digital Infrastructures business unit. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
13. Redefine the current portfolio & the strategy for the DI Unit.
14. Lead and grow a team through coaching and mentorship.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. A proven experience in computer engineering, Business Administration with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Solid understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and customer needs.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive results.
