Ensure the right detailing operation, building best detailing team focusing in the heavy prescriber calls (Segmentation, Targeting, frequency & KPIs) maximizing the usage of IQmed platform.
Roll out the brand plan to S&CM and Sales team ensuring the right visibility and exhibition aligned to brand and category positioning, supporting by the right professional advise at POS.
Monitoring the brands performance (net sales, market share, prescriptions share, etc.) and brand development against sales/ profit forecast and budgets.
Support of regional innovation projects and providing local consumer insights / needs into the process.
Identify market challenges & opportunities to win in local markets leveraging expertise within the region.
