Job Description

As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support through effective coordination between the Sales & Support team. Regular liaising internally with the operation team & externally with the provider to meet day-to-day business requirements.

What You'll Do

1. Process New Business Applications efficiently, ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to improve Turnaround Time (TAT).
2. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Sales and Support teams to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Manage NTB (New-to-Bank) agreements, create Service Requests (SROs), and handle Query Data Entries (QDE).
4. Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) for daily monitoring and management reporting purposes.
5. Ensure adherence to internal process controls and compliance within the framework of the bank's policies and governance standards.
6. Address and resolve customer and stakeholder complaints promptly and effectively.
7. Drive process improvements and enhance product knowledge to support operational excellence.
8. Function within the boundaries of the organization's governance framework, authorized to make decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
2. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in banking or financial services
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
4. Good computer & Office administration skills
5. Good analytical skills
6. Drive to work independently
