Job description

As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible to provide support through effective co-ordination between Sales & Support team. Regular liaising internally with operation team & externally with the provider to meet day to day business requirements.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Process New Business Applications efficiently, ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to improve Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Sales and Support teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage NTB (New-to-Bank) agreements, create Service Requests (SROs), and handle Query Data Entries (QDE).
  • Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) for daily monitoring and management reporting purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal process controls and compliance within the framework of the bank's policies and governance standards.
  • Address and resolve customer and stakeholder complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance product knowledge to support operational excellence.
  • Function within the boundaries of the organization's governance framework, authorized to make decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.

Skills

WhatWe'reLookingFor

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in banking or financial services
  • Excellent communication / co-ordination and interpersonal skills
