Business Solutions Head

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the regional Business Systems ecosystem for CHANEL, which includes ERP, WMS, POS, and other related financial and logistics systems.
2. Management of teams in the UK and Canada.
3. Integral role in CHANEL’s upcoming transformation projects and optimization of systems architecture as well as several other key technology objectives.
4. Key member of the CHANEL technology leadership team.
5. Provide insight and guidance into long-term planning on emerging technologies to drive customer-focused change.
6. Strategic role in overseeing the region's key operational business systems, including their integrity, maintenance, and development.
