The role

The Business Set-Up Advisor Web3 is responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of clients and consultants, providing expert advice on optimal business setups. Through adept sales techniques and comprehensive market knowledge, the incumbent aims to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

The role involves fostering lasting relationships, navigating regulatory compliance, and actively participating in networking events. The individual will contribute to the company's growth by promoting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the organization professionally in the business setup market.

The responsibilities

  1. Client and Consultant Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of clients/consultants in Web3 space.
    • Advise clients on the most appropriate setup for their business activity.
    • Support compliance/sales admin in gathering required documentation for license application.
  2. Sales and Marketing:
    • Display strong sales, negotiation, listening, empathy, and organizational skills.
    • Deliver consistently high sales performance.
    • Present recommendations to clients regarding business opportunities.
    • Achieve monthly license sales and revenue targets.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, promotions, and digital content.
    • Attend networking events to promote Company services.
  3. Process Management and Customer Satisfaction:
    • Manage the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction.
    • Keep customers apprised of application status and address any arising issues.
    • CRM management for sales.
  4. Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Display and maintain a high level of UAE business setup market knowledge.
    • Provide clear explanations of the application process and its key steps.
    • Differentiate between mainland and free zone licenses to clients.
  5. Professionalism and Representation:
    • Represent Company professionally in client and networking situations.
    • Attend and participate in team meetings.
    • Promote equal opportunities and social inclusion.
  6. Collaboration and Internal Relations:
    • Work in partnership with colleagues as required.
    • Develop and maintain good working relations with colleagues.
    • Assist with the orientation and induction of new colleagues.
  7. Company Values and Contribution:
    • Understand and work towards the goals and values of the Company.
    • Actively promote activities contributing to the growth of the Company.
    • Recognize and explore opportunities for future company development.
  8. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
    • Prepare reports as required and requested by the line manager.
  9. General Duties:
    • Be conscious that every interaction reflects on the Company.
    • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Company.

The requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any).
  2. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  3. Minimum 3 years demonstrated sales experience in Web3, Blockchain, Digital Assets industry.
  4. Experience in company formations and business set-up.
  5. Proven capability to transform potential opportunities into successful deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  6. Extensive understanding of sales principles, methodologies, practices, and techniques.
  7. Proficient in identifying problems and adept at resolving objections during the sales process.
  8. Capable of establishing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients.
  9. Remarkable verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  10. Self-driven, demonstrating high energy levels, and engaging enthusiasm.
  11. Knowledge in Web3, Crypto and digital space is a noticeable plus.
