Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at Wealth Tellers, you will play a crucial role in managing a team, servicing onboarded customers, and generating revenue for the organization in compliance with company policies and UAE laws. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through business setup in the UAE, advising on banking solutions, and ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Business Setup Advisory and Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, guiding them through the complexities of company formation in the UAE.
    • Offer strategic advice tailored to each client's business model and objectives.
    • Assist clients in navigating legal and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth business setup.
  2. Serve as a Banking Solutions Advisor:
    • Utilize your understanding of the regional banking landscape to recommend optimal banking solutions for clients' newly formed companies.
    • Assist with account openings and provide transactional support to meet clients' financial needs.
  3. Manage a Team of Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs):
    • Provide coaching and training to ARMs to address customer concerns and offer tailored products to clients.
    • Ensure ARMs are engaged in business development activities to maintain business continuity by signing B2B agreements.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of leads by ARMs received via digital marketing.
    • Monitor calls and activities, providing coaching where improvement is required.
    • Ensure each ARM meets their KPIs.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Hire ARMs to build a revenue-generating team.
  4. Achieve Assigned KPIs:
    • Meet both team and individual performance targets.
    • Ensure that all activities align with the company's revenue generation goals and compliance standards.
  5. Engage in Business Development Activities:
    • Generate leads through B2B collaboration agreements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Team Leader in a similar advisory role within corporate services, Business Setup entities, or free zones.
  • Excellent understanding of company setup procedures, the UAE's legal and business environment, and international business practices.
  • Knowledge of compliance and AML policies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach to service delivery.
