Job Purpose:

To support Chief Strategy and Development Officer in driving the strategic initiatives and optimize business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, the position ensures that the organization remains competitive and agile in a dynamic market environment.

Job Specifications:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with the Company’s long-term vision, focusing on growth, sustainability, and competitive positioning.
  2. Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to analyze and enhance airport processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analytics to provide insights that inform strategic decisions, such as optimizing resource allocation, forecasting information, and identifying operational improvements.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and aligned execution of strategic initiatives.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and business processes, making adjustments as needed.
  6. Change Management: Oversee change management efforts, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new technologies, processes, and strategic initiatives across the airport.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies, and service providers, to gather input, build consensus, and ensure support for strategic and process changes.

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to departmental work policies and procedures.
  • Comply with the Company’s internal policies and regulations.
  • Uphold sustainability principles by practicing environmentally friendly approaches in job-related activities.
  • Fulfil roles and responsibilities as outlined in the Company’s response, control, and recovery systems for emergencies and business continuity.
  • Abide by safety, occupational health, environmental, and business continuity policies and regulations issued by the Company and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of colleagues and the public, by following regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Promptly report accidents, occupational injuries, and environmental impacts in accordance with approved procedures.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in relevant area related to Business Management
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in job of similar role related to Aviation industry and Business Management of a Company

Professional Certifications:

Certificates/Trainings attended related to the role mentioned above

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in Aviation Industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information
