Role: Organizational Performance Manager

Duration: 1 Year (Possible extension)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description

• Assist the business in developing metrics as per BSC Framework.
• Examining and monitoring KPIs to see if they are performing as expected.
• Understanding why KPIs are not performing as they should. Facilitate root cause analysis with functions.
• Ensure effectiveness of Internal Business Processes is measured as part of BSC score card per function.
• Implement the Change Management Framework to enable successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Execution and implementing strategic plans that align with long-term goals
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives are executed seamlessly
• Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree
• Certified Balance Scorecard Practitioner

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Balance Score Card reporting
• Root Cause Analysis Tools usage
• Expertise in usage of Analytical Tools Well versed with MS Power point and Excel.
• Experience in Real-estate is preferable
