Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager with expertise in legal, finance, and investment to work directly with the MD. This strategic role requires a focus on optimizing business operations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the MD to streamline business operations and implement strategies.
• Oversee legal, financial, and investment aspects of the business, ensuring compliance.
• Review contracts, investment proposals, and financial reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, finance, legal, or investment roles.
• Strong knowledge of legal, financial, and investment practices.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership, particularly CEOs.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
