We are now seeking a Business Operations Manager to work closely with our Managing Director and leadership team to streamline execution, scale internal systems, and unlock founder time to focus on strategic growth.
This is not a typical operations role. We are looking for a proactive, system-thinking, cross-functional executor who can act as a Chief of Staff style operator someone who thrives on solving operational bottlenecks, building processes, and ensuring that what gets started, gets finished without the need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities
Process & System Development
- Own and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across business units
- Identify and fix operational inefficiencies in how we scope, deliver, and support projects
- Manage and optimize internal tools (Asana, Shared Drives, CRMs)
Cross-functional Execution
- Coordinate between design, tech, sales, and delivery to ensure alignment and accountability
- Track project progress and internal initiatives; ensure deadlines are met
- Manage internal check-ins and business rhythms: Weekly/Monthly reviews, team syncs
Founder Enablement
- Act as a force multiplier to the MD: own tasks, prioritize inputs, and follow through
- Draft communications, manage ad-hoc internal projects, and help set KPIs
- Help build a scalable company by reducing the founder's operational load by 50%
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain simple dashboards for project status, sales pipeline, and KPIs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership
- Identify metrics that matter and align teams to hit them
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
- SOPs are live across departments and adopted by the team
- Proposals and internal projects run smoothly without MD intervention
- Teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and founder time is focused on strategy
- Key processes are documented, delegated, and measurable
- Internal communications and reports run on autopilot
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, PMO, or startup operations
- Direct experience supporting founders or senior leadership
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, CRMs, and dashboards
- Bonus: Experience in a digital agency or product-led company
