Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Strategic Planning:
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, partners, and customers.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Project Management:
• Oversee and track the progress of key projects and initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
• Operations Management:
• Support the CEO in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive support or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
