Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking - UAE National Only
Job Purpose: Specialist administration & upkeep of Business banking relationships, in coordination with Head of Corporate Financial, Sharjah & Northern Emirates.
Principal Accountability:
Maintain & manage a designated profile with existing Company customers to retain & grow their financial relationships successfully and according to appointed company development targets.
Determine, solicit and acquire brand-new Business customers in accordance with approved corporate approaches for Assets, Liabilities, Trade as well as Treasury Sales.
Discuss appropriate credit limits in consistency with the Bank's underwriting requirements and risk-adjusted targets after complete analysis of information necessary for the preparation of an in-depth credit proposal.
Make regular visits to customers for both monitoring and service generation functions. Such visits are to be recorded using call records which include all significant information in a timely manner.
Conduct account planning with Client Service Group Members & cross-sell other products & services to Company clients to ensure multi-product connection and higher Share of wallet.
Establish effective & professional communication (both internal and external) to ensure turnaround time within marked standards and higher customer satisfaction levels.
Ensure timely and accurate credit score management with prompt conclusion of annual evaluations and routine monitoring of financials, agreements and other criteria within the evaluation cycle.
Manage a team of Support Officers, set, agree and measure annual targets, provide professional guidance, advice, training & motivation to enhance their potential & capabilities to hold greater responsibilities, and conduct their performance evaluations.
Follow internal audit requirements according to the policy standards, to ensure high standards of consistency and uniformity throughout the Bank.
Keep up with developments in the local business environment to identify business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process to develop corporate service strategies.
Create a strong level of local contacts with the local business and financial institutions community.
