IT Supervisor
An IT Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day support of IT systems for company systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephone systems throughout the resort.

What will I be doing?
As an IT Supervisor, you will support the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and according to IT operating standards. Specifically, the IT Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Provide day-to-day support for all internal resort IT systems and customers, minimizing any system interruptions.
2. Record all issues that arise and inform the IT Supervisor of any problems that require further attention.
3. Suggest system enhancements to the IT Supervisor.
4. Communicate with the resort Business Center Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requests.

1. Previous IT experience, ideally in the hotel, leisure, and/or service industry.
2. Experience with all Microsoft systems.
3. Experience with hotel applications, such as Fidelio and Micros, preferred.
4. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Current technical skills and knowledge of technology.
