Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Growth Supervisor (BDM). The BDM will require a detailed understanding of Bold along with Hooper, our imaginative innovation arm. This is an extremely exciting duty for a passionate business growth person who has the capability to expertly represent the firm and further escalate the company's worldwide growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the GBDD to help define, develop and supply a brand-new service technique.
Proactively develop brand-new client connections.
Follow up on new service leads and identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities by working collaboratively with internal teams.
Ensure that the defined new service processes are adhered to.
Contribute to company presentation materials and any other relevant marketing materials.
Work with and coordinate with the cross-agency team to establish customer proposals.
Lead new business/pitch discussions.
Task manage pitches, RFQs and RFPs in conjunction with internal teams.
Manage the CRM system diligently ensuring all business activity is correctly logged and updated.
Lead internal new business meetings and company updates.
Required Skills:

Knowledge and ability to market integrated solutions to customers.
Able to manage the commercial components of the relationship.
Previous experience in a new business or marketing role.
Ability to provide evidence of consistently achieving/exceeding targets.
Experience managing quotes, tenders, and pitches.
Proactively developed and followed up on leads converting them to future revenue-generating opportunities.
Outstanding and demonstrable long-term client relationship skills.
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
Ambitious, dynamic, energized, showing relentlessness and the capability to deliver exceptional results.
