You will need to learn the fundamental aspects of our service and how we benefit our clients. A deep understanding of our products, the implications of our advice, and the nature of our client relationships is crucial.

We expect all our Company Development Managers to maintain a positive attitude and strive for excellence in everything they do. Our BDMs must be eager to learn and capable of providing leads with sufficient information when questioned over the phone.

Company Development Managers are provided with the support they need to achieve their financial qualifications and become Wealth Managers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. 1-4 years of experience in a targeted sales role.
2. Ability to generate leads and strategically develop new business.
3. Comfortable managing high-net-worth individuals.
4. Able to handle objections effectively.
5. Strong, confident, articulate phone manner.
6. Excellent soft skills (organized, Excel-driven, analytical, adaptable, proactive, creative).
7. Ability to stay updated with market trends and the latest financial information.
8. Capable of navigating various business websites (not just LinkedIn but also company sites and directories).
