Business Management Professor

Job Requirements

A Master’s degree in a related discipline from a reputable university is required. The candidate must have an outstanding track record of their career, must have three (3) – five (5) years teaching experience in Higher Education, except for Masters graduates from reputable university.

Successful candidates are expected to teach at the undergraduate level. Candidates are also expected to have a strong research potential to be involved within one or more of the University’s research priority areas.

Must possess excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with the new teaching methods.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and deliver lectures.
2. Mark and assess student work, assignments, projects, tests and examinations.
3. Prepare, review and moderate examination questions and marking answer scripts.
4. Develop subject teaching materials for the subject.
5. Participate in professional activities in the University/community.
6. Serve in College committees.
7. Carry out service for the educational activities in their academic Department.
