Business Management and Operations Intern

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to support various business projects and initiatives.
2. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Support the executives in carrying out administrative responsibilities.
6. Manage administrative and logistical coordination.
7. Assist in organizing and managing operational tasks, including scheduling and attending meetings.
8. Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams.
9. Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and projects.

A bit about you..

1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or Bioinformatics) from a reputed institution with a high academic record.
2. Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
4. Already living in Dubai or Sharjah.
5. Flexible, intuitive and demonstrating a strong 'can-do' attitude.
6. High academic achiever with a hunger for learning and growth.
7. Preferred fluency in Eastern And Central European, ASEAN and CIS languages.
