Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts by acquiring new clients in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors across the UAE.
• Build and enhance our brand recognition in the region.
• Independently manage CXO-level hiring and deliver top executive talent solutions.
• Oversee P&L management, ensuring sustainable business expansion.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network across industry platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in CXO hiring, with a strong track record in executive search.
• Deep expertise in:
• Industrial Engineering
• Manufacturing
• Real Estate
• Pharmaceuticals (Manufacturing)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Executive Search industry.
• Must be eligible to work in Dubai (holding a Dubai Visa or Dependent Visa).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote (WFH) setup.
