Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation Lead to be located in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a BI and digital transformation strategy and detailed project plan that will support organizational priorities. Focus on internal and external data sources, building a market model and insights channels to assure data-driven decision-making at all levels.
2. Collaborate and extensively investigate business information needs based on a strong understanding of business processes, drivers, and priorities.
3. Lead the Commercial Excellence team for One MedTech MEA, focusing on Salesforce effectiveness, distributor analytics, sales commission scheme and payout, QBI (Quality Business Intelligence) process, and data maintenance of related platforms.
4. Design and implement data pipelines for OneMD operations MEA, supporting various functions in compiling and analyzing their data, as well as consolidating and blending these reports/datasets for comprehensive reports and dashboards.
5. Build data pipelines that enable advanced warehousing and analytics while maintaining data integrity and quality.
6. Drive self-service analytics through improved dashboards and reports that enhance collaboration across the organization.
7. Develop data assets that address the demands of various stakeholders/functions in the organization.
8. Lead SFE across One MD, ensuring the SFE team provides necessary analytics, insights, and support continuous improvement on strategic partnerships with commercial.
9. Lead distributor analytics for continuity, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly IMS/Stock reports and Business Reviews.
10. Review distributor stock levels and IMS performance, highlighting possible risks and opportunities in a timely manner, providing specific inputs and actionable insights to business partners.
11. Lead QBI reviews, ensuring the team provides analysis & insights and follows up on action items with stakeholders.
12. Lead Strategic Account analytics, driving fact-based decision-making through enhancing data validity & developing market insights.
13. Pioneer continuous improvement in QBI, IMS/Stock & Strategic Account reporting by creating advanced digital dashboards.
14. Lead/support key projects related to Business Intelligence.
15. Ensure Business operations SOPs are kept up to date.
16. Ensure the integrity and quality of the commission scheme process.
17. Ensure the integrity and quality of all related platforms to ComEx, including but not limited to SalesIQ, Reltio, JDE, SAP, Salesforce, and Artemis.
18. Create the Digital transformation strategy for the sector and region based on external and internal business insights.
19. Communicate direction for Business Intelligence (BI) and Digital Transformation processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, ensuring methods align with organizational goals and objectives.
20. Coach team members to ensure the seamless integration of data modeling techniques.
21. Assure adoption of a data-driven decision-making culture in the organization at all levels.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
2. 8-10 years of experience in business.
3. 3 or more years of experience in BI, Finance, Pricing, or Commercial.
4. Experience in the Medical Device Industry or Pharma is a big plus.
5. Excellence in MS Office, specifically Excel, Power BI/Qlik Sense.

Location: UAE (self-initiated relocation is an option).
