Job description

To oversee the end-to-end Ops Excellence processes and ensure they are running smoothly and are in compliance with the client’s and the company’s policies and procedures.

To manage the team of HR Business Partners in the Call Center and ensure high-quality delivery within the SLA target time.

Job Accountabilities

  1. Ensure high-quality team performance
  2. Ensure staff rules and regulations are up to date and aligned with Tanfeeth goals and strategies
  3. Ensure HR policies are up to date and aligned with the company's goals and strategies
  4. Ensure the provisions of a cost-effective benefits plan; monitor benefits environment for cost savings
  5. Ensure there are no variances between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
  6. Ensure employee concerns are addressed and the E-Sat targets are met
  7. Lead and manage the performance of the unit by setting employee objectives, reviewing and rewarding performance against objectives, and managing leave
  8. Identify team knowledge and skill gaps and work with the learning and development team to create and deliver appropriate training
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of Emiratisation
  10. Actively contribute to the improvement and development of strategy and objectives of the Business HR Unit
  11. Ensure the performance and capacity of Business HR provision by periodically forecasting future needs
  12. Manage costs and ensure they are within the given budget
  13. Oversee the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, programs, and practices
  14. Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals
  15. Perform attrition analysis and create and help implement retention programs
  16. Recommend HR policies and objectives that will establish a positive relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  17. Develop strong working relationships with other executives, management, and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed
  18. Create and implement employee staff rules and regulations for newly created subsidiaries in the region
