Business Head - Facilities Management

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Business Development or similar executive role in facilities management or related industry.
3. Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
5. Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
