Take over a key role as a Business Head (Spa and Salon Services) in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

As Business Head - Spa and Salon Services at Justlife, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and fostering growth across various service offerings. This position offers the opportunity to make key decisions, and collaborate with key stakeholders; internally and externally. By leading innovative strategies and ensuring service quality, you'll directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market positioning, contributing to Justlife’s mission of delivering top-tier home services across the UAE.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 8+ years in business development or strategy roles within a high-growth tech environment, preferably in the beauty industry and relevant home services
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights for key decisions
• Proven success in leadership roles with the ability to drive strategic vision and execution
• Expertise in long-term business strategy and budget management
• Advanced abilities in negotiating, listening, and strategic communication with stakeholders
• Ability to drive innovation, manage change, and adapt to market demands
• Skill in enhancing and implementing effective operational processes
• High responsibility, ownership, and commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
