Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business excellence strategies and frameworks.
Lead process improvement projects to optimise operational performance.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive decision-making.
Provide training and support to employees on business excellence methodologies and tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Mining or Quarrying industries.
Strong knowledge of business excellence frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
