Job Description

As a Paid Search Account Director, you will be responsible for the coordination of paid search campaigns whilst operating as the main campaign point of contact for an exciting account. Making use of platform knowledge and account management practices, you will ensure the effective management of projects to brief, schedule, and budget. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the delivery of world-class paid search products that exceed our client’s expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Responsibility for the output of the search team, both client-facing and operational, and accountability for adherence to Groupe controls and best practices across paid search.
  2. Strategic understanding of the client’s business and KPIs, keeping up to date with the latest Industry news and proactively spotting trends, product releases, and other opportunities which could enhance our activity on the account.
  3. Maintain a forward-thinking and innovative approach in the development and implementation of all One search activity (Paid/Organic).
  4. Develop a strong relationship with our key client and key suppliers, leading team communications with these stakeholders.
  5. Helping to drive process automation through the adoption of scripts, tech, and efficient ways of working.

Qualifications

  1. In-depth understanding of search campaign set-up, management, optimization, and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
  2. Excellent understanding of the strategic and tactical application of paid search and digital marketing across all aspects of search.
  3. Proven Project Management, Leadership and People Management Experience.
