Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our Sales Team. As a Business Director, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to agencies and direct advertisers. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a large portfolio of clients: brands and media agencies
Identify new opportunities to leverage business and relationships
Conduct meetings (in-person/remote) to build a sales pipeline in promoting branding & performance solutions
Build strong client relationships with both agencies and direct clients by providing added value through presentations, workshops, and other strategic initiatives
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
Develop strong, mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients
Push our best media and creative recommendations
Negotiate Sales contracts including growing a platform based self-service business
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business
Achieve sales targets
Work closely with Ad Operations and support functions to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally and deliverables meet satisfaction
Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become an active brand advocate
Experience/Background
First experience in online media sales is essential. You will be extremely well connected within all the major and local advertising agencies. You will have an excellent track record of prospecting and selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape. You will have an intimate knowledge of everything digital and have an understanding of online video. You have a proven track record of winning large accounts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to resolve queries efficiently, multitask, and communicate across teams. Solution-driven mentality. Fluent in Arabic and English.
