Business DevelopmentSales Manager - Freight Forwarding - Dubai

We are looking for dynamic Business Development Managers in Freight Forwarding sales who can join the Team in Dubai UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate freight forwarding business by selling end to end products and services.
2. Ocean Freighting Export Import and XTrade Sales (both FCL & LCL).
3. Air Freighting Export Import and XTrade Sales.
4. Warehousing & Distribution.
5. Customs Clearance & Transportation Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air shipments.
6. Break Bulk / ODC shipments.
7. Increasing revenue through retention of customers as well as identify and develop new client base.
8. Proactive customer handling with timely renewal of rates follow up for repeat business and collecting payment on time.
9. Effectively identify and communicate customers needs by actively engaging with internal teams to resolve challenges.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4-6 years experience in freight forwarding Sales (Air and Sea).
2. Must have existing customer base in the market.
3. An understanding of logistics operations and Freight industry products & services.
4. Valid Driving License is a must.
