We Are Looking For A forward-thinking Business Development Specialist with a deep-rooted passion for the Crypto and Blockchain sector. Your role will be pivotal in engaging potential clients, leveraging platforms like Twitter, x.com, Telegram, Discord, as well as more traditional channels like LinkedIn and email.

Your Mission as a Business Development Specialist:

• Dive deep into the crypto and blockchain ecosystems to identify and engage with prospective clients, focusing on those in the hiring phase.
• Utilize your exceptional networking skills to uncover opportunities through social media, particularly Twitter and x.com.
• Engage in direct communication with potential clients using a variety of platforms, from Telegram and Discord to standard channels like email and LinkedIn, to present our unique value proposition.
• Craft and implement innovative strategies to attract clients, setting SYNC apart in the highly competitive crypto recruitment marketplace.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that propel their success.

You Are:

• Experienced in business development, with a significant track record in the crypto and blockchain industries.
• Proficient in using social media and communication platforms to identify and engage with potential clients.
• A strategic thinker capable of devising innovative client attraction strategies.
• Outstanding in your communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Well-versed in the digital finance landscape, eager to continuously learn and adapt in an ever-evolving field.
• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with any additional certifications in crypto and blockchain being highly advantageous.
