Job description

Position: Business Development Officer - Facilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business leads within Facilities Management and Building Maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including client presentations and negotiations.
  • Conduct client meetings, present service offerings, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Arrange business development meetings and promote services aligned with client objectives.
  • Keep records of sales activities, revenue, and provide reliable after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets independently in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and Building Maintenance in the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handling sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on project management and organizational skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of sales activities and preparing reports.
