Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by forming partnerships with external entities such as companies, government departments, and medical professionals. The role involves strategizing and implementing corporate wellness programs, securing referral tie-ups, and maintaining measurable success through patient tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with corporates, government entities, schools, and other institutions to bring in new patients.
  2. Design, propose, and execute corporate wellness programs tailored to the needs of different industries and demographics.
  3. Establish referral agreements and partnerships with external doctors and clinics, especially for MRI, X-ray, and Physiotherapy services.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and care of referred patients.
  5. Maintain and update a referral and leads database to track performance and revenue generated through external partnerships.
  6. Continuously monitor and report on monthly KPIs, leads generated, conversions, and patient flow attributed to business development efforts.
  7. Attend and represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, health fairs, and seminars.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials tailored for corporate and doctor outreach.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and understanding of all clinic services including Hijama, Aesthetics, and GP services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in a healthcare business development or medical sales role in the UAE.
  3. Strong understanding of Dubai healthcare landscape and corporate health needs.
  4. Proven experience with B2B client acquisition, corporate wellness planning, or referral generation.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and track performance metrics.
  7. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  8. UAE Driving License will be an advantage.
