Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result in positive closures.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously.
- Analyze and select the right prospective leads to achieve positive closures through a situational approach in convincing potential customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably native English speakers or those with the ability to converse with a neutral accent.
- Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven to achieve success.
- Ability to maintain work ethics while handling a remote role.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours a week and work according to EST hours.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales & Marketing role is a definite advantage.
