Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result in positive closures.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously.
- Be smart and sharp to analyze and pick the right prospective leads which will result in a positive closure through a situational approach in convincing the potential customer.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent.
- Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to problem-solve and excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success.
- Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role.
- Ability to commit to 50 hours a week to work in the UK Hour Shift, including daily training & coaching.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should be based in Dubai or in the GCC Region with a valid resident visa (Under Parents / spouse / independent Visa).
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales & Marketing role is a definite advantage.
