About the Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new customers. Working closely with our existing customer base and leveraging available resources, the BDR generates leads, builds relationships, and supports the sale of Mantrac's product portfolio. This role manages a portfolio of 200-300 customers, focusing on lead and opportunity growth within assigned regions.
