Job Description

1. Identify and target potential clients within the maritime industry.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
3. Conduct regular client visits and calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Assess customer needs and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
5. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
6. Promote and sell the company's full range of ship chandelling products and services.
7. Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
8. Meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
9. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
10. Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.
11. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, relevant engineering field (e.g., marine, mechanical), marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Professional appearance and demeanor.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and sales acumen.
5. Proven ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
6. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
8. Prior experience in the maritime industry or ship chandelling is highly advantageous.
