The Business Development & Marketing Associate will support the senior leaders in expanding their footprint across the Middle East and Africa. This role is crucial to increasing both the volume and quality of business development efforts, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting bids and tenders.
Responsibilities
Business Development Support Assist senior leaders in identifying potential clients and partners, making introductions, and maintaining strategic relationships.
Opportunity Tracking & CRM Management Identify and track target clients, manage our CRM system, and drive contacts through the business development funnel.
Bid & Proposal Support Support in developing compelling bids, tenders, and proposals to win key projects.
Marketing & PR Lead regional marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn strategy, content creation, and event planning.
Event & Networking Coordination Organize attendance at industry events, ensuring senior leaders effectively connect with prospects.
Case Study & Content Creation Develop case studies, presentations, and marketing materials to showcase our expertise.
Business Development Planning & Execution Maintain structured plans and schedules, ensuring smooth execution of business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, ideally within consulting, digital transformation, or technology.
Highly proactive, ambitious, and results-driven, with a natural ability to take initiative.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
Tenacious and persistent in following up leads and driving business development activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confident in engaging senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with creativity in identifying and developing business opportunities.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Knowledge of the Middle East and Africa business landscape is advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
