We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by managing and strengthening relationships with distributors across the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical devices industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development and distributor management.

Description

  1. Distributor Management: Oversee the performance of existing distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Market Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with new distributors and partners to drive market growth across the UAE and surrounding regions.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  5. Training & Support: Provide distributors with training, product knowledge, and ongoing support to maximize sales potential.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs for distributors, track their performance, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all distributors adhere to company policies and local regulations.
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights on market trends and business performance.

Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  3. Proven experience in managing distributors or partners.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Excellent understanding of the UAE healthcare market.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
