Description
- Distributor Management: Oversee the performance of existing distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with new distributors and partners to drive market growth across the UAE and surrounding regions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Training & Support: Provide distributors with training, product knowledge, and ongoing support to maximize sales potential.
- Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs for distributors, track their performance, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure all distributors adhere to company policies and local regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights on market trends and business performance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Proven experience in managing distributors or partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent understanding of the UAE healthcare market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
